These breathing exercise calls PRANAYAMA in YOGA which is helpful to remove dark circles, pimples and many more other problems. 1) ANULOM VILOM OR NADISODHAN : Best time to do this PRANAYAMA is between 5:am to 7:am Lets see how we can do these PRANAYAMA  ANULOM VILOM / NADISODHAN : 1.
